Call 02 5950 5382HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Sydney plumbers typically charge $120–$180 per hour. Wherever possible, we give you a fixed price for the whole job before we start – so you know what you're paying before any work begins. There's no callout fee for new customers, and no charge to come out and give you a quote.
IS THERE A CHARGE JUST TO GET A QUOTE?
No. We'll come out, assess the job, and give you a written quote for free. If you decide not to go ahead, there's no cost – not even for the callout. You can get a second opinion or think it over as long as you need.
HOW FAST CAN YOU GET HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY?
It depends on where we are when you call. For emergencies in St George and the Shire, we can often be there within the hour – burst pipes, no water, and gas leaks go to the front of the queue. Call 02 5950 5382 and we'll give you an honest ETA on the phone.
DO YOU WORK WEEKENDS AND AFTER HOURS?
Yes. We're available 7 days a week for emergencies. For non-urgent jobs, we book Monday to Saturday during normal hours. If you're not sure whether something's an emergency, just ring and ask – we'll tell you honestly if it can wait until Monday.
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes. Jasco holds NSW plumbing licence #488187C, which includes gas fitting endorsement. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance and full workers compensation coverage.
WHO'S GOING TO SHOW UP AT MY DOOR?
Jasco is a small local team – me (Bill), plus two other fully-licensed plumbers. When you book, one of us will show up in a signed Jasco van. No contractors, no subcontracted labour, no surprise apprentices doing the job on their own.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AFTER THE JOB?
We back every job with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If anything we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and fix it for free – for as long as you own the home. Product warranties (taps, hot water systems, etc.) are covered separately by the manufacturer.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE JOB?
For most jobs, yes – we need access to the taps, pipes, or fittings we're working on. If you can't be home, we can sometimes arrange for a neighbour, real estate agent, or strata manager to let us in, but we'll need to check details with you first. Call us to talk through what works.
